Refunds for Marketplace QuickClaim Products

CoinGear offers hassle-free refunds for Marketplace QuickClaim products. No discussions, disputations or objections, your funds will be returned within 24 hours.

Refunds for Marketplace Products
The buyer should first discuss the issue with the seller and reach an agreement. If the seller agrees to a full or partial refund, CoinGear Escrow will return the buyer's cryptocurrency. If the buyer and seller cannot reach a resolution, the decision made by CoinGear will be final.

To request a refund, log in to your buyer account, select the product, view the refund section, provide a clear explanation of your request, and submit it.

Refund validity period for physical products

Refund requests validity period will be decided by the seller from the receipt of shipment date. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, as per the seller's return policy, to be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests validity period will be decided by the seller from the date of placing the order with CoinGear Escrow service.

Buyers are encouraged to carefully review the seller's return policy before making a purchase. Please note that digital products are non-returnable.

The seller will allow the buyer a period to return the item. Buyers are advised to review the seller's return policy in detail prior to purchase to be aware of these terms.

In most cases, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. However, if the reason for dissatisfaction is due to a fault of the seller or the product, the seller may reimburse the return shipping costs. By listing your product as a QuickClaim product, you agree to provide hassle-free refunds for any unsatisfied buyers. With hassle-free refunds, there are no discussions, disputes, or objections — the refund process will be initiated upon the buyer’s request.

CoinGear holds the buyer's crypto payments until the end of refund requests validity period. If there are no refund requests or complaints, the buyer's crypto payment will be released to the seller’s wallet at the end of refund requests validity period.

A CoinGear Affiliate is an individual or company that promotes CoinGear marketplace products in exchange for a commission.

You will receive your payment once the sale you referred to CoinGear is completed.

CoinGear holds the buyer’s crypto payment until the end of refund requests validity period. If there are no refund requests or complaints, it means the ‘Sale is Completed’ and the affiliate commission will be released to your wallet.

There is no payout threshold. Your affiliate commission will be released to your wallet once the sale is completed. However, please note that a percentage of your total affiliate commission is always held in stablecoin.

Total refunds
CoinGear offers total refunds for marketplace products. In such cases, the buyer and seller must agree on the issue. If the seller agrees to refund the total amount, CoinGear will return the funds to the buyer.

Partial refunds
CoinGear offers partial refunds for marketplace products. The buyer and seller must come to an agreement, and if the seller agrees to a partial refund, CoinGear will return the corresponding funds to the buyer.

CoinGear Escrow eliminates the buyer’s fear of losing funds on unsatisfactory purchases. This reassurance encourages buyers to proceed with purchases, knowing they can receive a refund if the transaction goes awry. This increased confidence can lead to more sales for the seller.

KYC approval may be required based on factors such as product types, business portfolio, pricing, and other considerations, as determined by CoinGear Escrow’s department.
