Refunds for Marketplace Products
Unless it is a QuickClaim product, upon the buyer's first request of the refund, CoinGear will start a private discussion channel among the buyer, seller and CoinGear agent. If the seller agrees to refund at the first request of the buyer, CoinGear Escrow will be refunded Buyer's Crypto coins. If not the seller agrees to refund at the first request of the buyer, the buyer discusses the issue in more details with the seller and comes to an agreement. When the seller agrees to repay Total or Partial thereof, CoinGear Escrow will be refunded Buyer's Crypto coins. In the event that the buyer and seller cannot reach a final decision, CoinGear decision will be the final.

Refund validity period for physical products

Refund requests are accepted up to 90 days from the date of placing the order and within "X" days of receipt of shipment. The buyer is advised to follow the seller's refund and or return policies with great care to know the exact number of "X" days.
