CoinGear offers refunds for invoices/transactions processed through CoinGear Escrow service. By default, all invoices/transactions are processed through CoinGear Escrow service.
Product type & Refunds (For orders used "Cryptocurrency" as the payment method on Checkout)
Refunds for Marketplace QuickClaim Products
CoinGear Escrow offers hassle-free refunds for Marketplace QuickClaim products. No discussions, disputations or objections, refunded sum will be credited to the account balance within 24 hours.
Refunds for Marketplace Products
The buyer discusses the issue with the seller and comes to an agreement. When the seller agrees to repay Total or Partial thereof, refunded sum will be credited to the account balance. In the event that the buyer and seller cannot reach a final decision, CoinGear decision will be the final.

Refunds for Marketplace QuickClaim Products
CoinGear Escrow offers hassle-free refunds for Marketplace QuickClaim products. No discussions, disputations or objections, refunded sum will be credited to the account balance within 24 hours.
Refunds for Marketplace Products

CoinGear does not offer refunds for orders processed through COD payment method. The buyer has to duscuss the issue with the seller and comes to a settlement.
Product categoty type & Refunds (For orders used "Cryptocurrency, "Credit/Debit cards", "Cash On Delivery (COD)" as the payment method on Checkout)
Refunds for "No Refunds" Categoty Products
CoinGear does not offer refunds for products in the "No Refunds" categoty. The buyer may purchase the product with own risk.
Refund requests & Validity
Refunds requests validity period for for physical products
Refund requests for physical products are accepted up to 90 days from the date of placing the order and within "X" days of receipt of shipment.
Refunds requests validity period for for digital products
The order placement date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for digital products.
Volatility & Refunds
Since Crypto coins buyers spend purchases are holding in stablecoin till the end of refund validity period, all refunds will be volatility free.
Refunding
When the refund request is granted by the CoinGear Escrow department, a processing fee of 0.75 USD will be charged on refund and the remainder amount will be credited to the buyer's account balance. Buyer can withdraw account balance to own personal wallet or spend on another purchase.
The present Refund policy is part of the COINGEAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
