CoinGear offers refunds for invoices/transactions processed through CoinGear Escrow service. By default, all invoices/transactions are processed through CoinGear Escrow service.

Payment method and Refunds (For orders that used "Account Balance" as the payment method during Checkout)

QuickClaim Refunds:
CoinGear Escrow ensures quick and straightforward refunds for orders processed through Account Balance payment method. No discussions or disputes are needed—refunds are credited to the buyer’s account within 24 hours upon request.

CoinGear Standard Refunds:
The buyer is expected to discuss the issue with the seller and reach a mutual agreement. If the seller agrees to a full or partial refund, the approved amount will be credited to the buyer’s account balance. In cases where no resolution is reached, CoinGear’s decision will be considered final.

CoinGear Standard Refunds:
The buyer is expected to discuss the issue with the seller and reach a mutual agreement. If the seller agrees to a full or partial refund, the approved amount will be credited to the buyer’s account balance. In cases where no resolution is reached, CoinGear’s decision will be considered final.

QuickClaim Refunds:
CoinGear does not offer refunds for orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. Buyers must resolve any issues directly with the seller..

Non-refundable items

If the seller does not specify a refund request validity period, the item will be considered non-refundable. Buyers may proceed with the purchase at their own risk. Plus, items with zero pricing also will be considered non-refundable.

Free Items

Free items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Refund Eligibility.

Refundable Items – Shipping Refund Eligibility::
Shipping costs will be refunded if the issue with the order is due to seller’s fault, such as a defective product, an incorrect item, or non-delivery… Etc. .

Non-Refundable Items – Shipping Refund Eligibility::
ForNon-refundable items with associated shipping costs, a 14-day return and refund window applies by default, regardless of the seller’s refund policy. This ensures protection for buyers in cases where shipping charges may effectively cover product costs or when the quality of the delivered item is unsatisfactory. Shipping costs will be refunded if the issue with the order is due to seller’s fault, such as a defective product, an incorrect item, or non-delivery… Etc.

For free items with associated shipping costs, a 14-day return and refund window applies by default, regardless of the seller’s refund policy. This ensures protection for buyers in cases where shipping charges may effectively cover product costs or when the quality of the delivered item is unsatisfactory. Shipping costs will be refunded if the issue with the order is due to seller’s fault, such as a defective product, an incorrect item, or non-delivery… Etc.

Return and Refund Window

Refund requests validity period for for physical items
Refund requests for physical items are accepted up to "X" days (As decided by the seller) of receipt of shipment. For free or non-refundable items with associated shipping costs, a 14-day return and refund window applies by default, regardless of the seller’s refund policy. This ensures protection for buyers in cases where shipping charges may effectively cover product costs or when the quality of the delivered item is unsatisfactory.

Refund requests validity period for for downloadable items
The order placement date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for downloadable items.

Refund requests validity period for for services
The service delivered date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for services.

*Receipt of shipment date = The date item received to the buyer.

Volatility & Refunds

Since Crypto coins buyers spend on purchases are holding in stablecoin till the end of refund validity period, all refunds will be volatility free.

Refunding

When the refund request is granted by the CoinGear Escrow department, a processing fee of 0.75 USD + Exchange fees will be charged on refund and the remainder amount will be credited to the buyer's account balance. Buyer can withdraw account balance to own personal wallet or spend on another purchase.


The present Refund policy is part of the COINGEAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
