This CoinGear basic return policy will be applicable for items shipped through CoinGear warehouses. Third-party individual sellers may have own return policies.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for full or partial refund.. Please see below to for more information on CoinGear return policy

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of receipt of shipment. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, login to MY ACCOUNT > choose the item > refunds> fill required information and submit. When your request is accepted, you will be received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. After receiving the RMA number and the return address, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail to the return address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommed that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Exceptions

  1. The following items cannot be returned.

    1. • Freebies.

    2. • Items with expired refund validity period.
