CoinGear offers refunds for invoices/transactions processed through CoinGear Escrow service. By default, all invoices/transactions are processed through CoinGear Escrow service.
Refunds for Marketplace QuickClaim Products: CoinGear Escrow offers hassle-free refunds for Marketplace QuickClaim products. No discussions, disputations or objections, refunded sum will be credited to the account balance within 24 hours.
Refunds for Marketplace Products: The buyer discusses the issue with the seller and comes to an agreement. When the seller agrees to repay Total or Partial thereof, refunded sum will be credited to the account balance. In the event that the buyer and seller cannot reach a final decision, CoinGear decision will be the final.

When the refund request is granted by the CoinGear Escrow department, a processing fee of 0.75 USD will be charged on refund and the remainder amount will be credited to the buyer's account balance. Buyer can withdraw account balance to own personal wallet or spend on another purchase.
