When the seller agrees to repay Total or Partial thereof, refunded sum will be credited to the account balance. When the refund request is granted by the CoinGear Escrow department, a processing fee of 0.75 USD will be charged on refund and the remainder amount will be credited to the buyer's account balance. Buyer can withdraw account balance to own personal wallet or spend on another purchase.
