1.Our 4G router only support universal ordinary SIM cards . For some locked SIM cards contract SIM cards which operators don’t allow to work on wifi routers or only allow to work on their authorized devices . This product can not work，you might see it connected to local 4G network but you are not allowed to use Internet service . (IF your SIM card can not access to Internet pls don’t be panic .usually you change another operator’s universal SIM card then it will work .Or you can contact us for help .)
2.Knowledge about 4G speed . in practical daily use 4G WiFi router usually would provide 1 – 20 M/s download speed for WiFi users .it’s enough for ordinary users to watch video play games etc smoothly . Router’s 4G chipset top capacity is 150M and 4G base station’s theoretical top speed is 150M too .however the 4G base station provide service to many 4G users at the same time instead of giving full 150M bandwidth to one user and 4G signal strength SIM card limitation and environment would affect the network speed too . IF some ignorant user eager for top theoretical speed and love to use inaccurate APP or software to test network speed pls don’t buy . no product on market would meet such requirements . Thanks .

How do i know if the router works in my place?
If your country is listed on the product description page you can order without worrying. If your country is not listed on the page please contact us before ordering.
What kind of SIM card should i use?
All operator’s universal valid SIM cards. but special SIM cards like dedicated data plan SIMs contract locked SIMs IoT SIMs might not work . some professional users might input PIN code change APN setting or reregister the SIM card to bypass the telecom company’s limitation to use those locked SIM card on our router . But we suggest users choose universal valid SIM cards they are legal and plug and play .
Why the router read my SIM card but no internet?
Because your SIM card is locked by the telecom company please make sure your SIM card has valid Internet service or change another universal valid SIM card .
Why the router can’t read my SIM card?
Make sure you inserted the SIM card in the correct direction only insert or pull out SIM card when the router is power off.
Why doesn’t the router power up?
If it’s USB router make sure the power supply is 5V1A USB port is clean; If it’s a desktop router make sure the power adapter is in well contact and the voltage is stable if still doesn’t power up please try with another power adapter.
How to change the wifi name and password?
Please login the router administrative page (web address is on the label) to change these paramaters.
Why the network speed isn’t as fast as my phone?
Please use the router at a place with good 4G signal. And be aware that mobile phone is a very fast 4G device too. besidesone mobile phone enjoy one SIM card’s full capacity while WiFi router divide the network service to dozens of WiFi users . And all speed testing APP can not test 4G WiFi router’s real performance it is wrong and unnecessary to test 4G router by phone APP . User only need put the 4G router at open location with good 4G signal then will enjoy the best 4G network available at your location .
