CoinGear offers refunds for invoices/transactions processed through CoinGear Escrow service. By default, all invoices/transactions are processed through CoinGear Escrow service.
QuickClaim Refunds: CoinGear Escrow ensures quick and straightforward refunds for orders processed through Account Balance payment method. No discussions or disputes are needed—refunds are credited to the buyer’s account within 24 hours upon request.
CoinGear Standard Refunds: The buyer is expected to discuss the issue with the seller and reach a mutual agreement. If the seller agrees to a full or partial refund, the approved amount will be credited to the buyer’s account balance. In cases where no resolution is reached, CoinGear’s decision will be considered final.

Buyer is protected.
