If the seller agrees to a full or partial refund, the approved amount will be credited to the buyer’s account balance. Return and refund window period for for physical items:Refund requests for physical items are accepted up to "X" days (As decided by the seller) of receipt of shipment. For free or non-refundable items with associated shipping costs, a 14-day return and refund window applies by default. Return and refund window period for for downloadable items:The order placement date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for downloadable items.
Return and refund window period for for services:The service delivered date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for services.

Buyer is protected. When the refund request is granted by the CoinGear Escrow department, a processing fee of 0.75 USD + Exchange fees will be charged on refund and the remainder amount will be credited to the buyer's account balance. Buyer can withdraw account balance to own personal wallet.
