The order placement date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for downloadable items.

Return and refund window period for for services:
The service delivered date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for services.

If the buyer is unsatisfied with the purchase for any reason, they may request a refund within this period.

Refunding
