Non-refundable products

If the seller does not specify a refund request validity period, the product will be considered non-refundable. Buyers may proceed with the purchase at their own risk. Plus, products with zero pricing also will be considered non-refundable.

Refund requests for physical products are accepted up to 120 days from the date of placing the order and within "X" days of receipt of shipment.

The order placement date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for virtual/downloadable (Digital) products.

Refunds requests validity period for for Services:
The service delivered date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for services.

Buyer is protected.
