Refund Policy

CoinGear offers refunds for invoices/transactions processed through CoinGear Escrow service. By default, all invoices/transactions are processed through CoinGear Escrow service.

Refund requests and Validity

Refunds requests validity period for for Physical products:
Refund requests for physical products are accepted up to 120 days from the date of placing the order and within "X" days of receipt of shipment.

Refunds requests validity period for for virtual/downloadable (Digital) products:
The order placement date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for virtual/downloadable (Digital) products.

Refunds requests validity period for for Services:
The service delivered date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for services.

*Receipt of shipment date = The date product received to the buyer.

Buyer is protected. The seller offers 25 days of CoinGear Standard refund requets period for this product Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q9550 used from the date of receipt of shipment. If the buyer is unsatisfied with the purchase for any reason, they may request a refund within this period.

Volatility and Refunds

Refunding

When the refund request is granted by the CoinGear Escrow department, a processing fee of 0.75 USD will be charged on refund and the remainder amount will be credited to the buyer's account balance. Buyer can withdraw account balance to own personal wallet or spend on another purchase.
