Refund requests & Validity

Refunds requests validity period for for physical products:
Refund requests for physical products are accepted up to 90 days from the date of placing the order and within "X" days of receipt of shipment.

Refunds requests validity period for for digital products:
The order placement date will be considered as the receipt of shipment date for digital products.

The seller offers 30 days of CoinGear Standard refund requets validity period for this product,

since the date of receipt of shipment. So, because any reason, if the buyer will be unsatisfied with the purchase, buyer can place a refund request within 30 days and ask coins back.

Volatility & Refunds

Since Crypto coins buyers spend purchases are holding in stablecoin till the end of refund validity period, all refunds will be volatility free.

*Receipt of shipment date = The date product shipped to the buyer.

Refunding

When the refund request is granted by the CoinGear Escrow department, a processing fee of 0.75 USD will be charged on refund and the remainder amount will be credited to the buyer's account balance. Buyer can withdraw account balance to own personal wallet or spend on another purchase.
